Where I live, the doorway opening seemed very small, yet the 2 delivery gentlemen who brought in my new fridge did an amazing job getting it inside! They put it into its very snug spot and that was my first opportunity to see it. Though used, it was extremely clean inside and out! It appears new, except for a few dents on the doors. Compared to my OLD one, this one looks like a gently used Mercedes Benz! Definitely a great company to work with and I absolutely recommend them to others looking for gently used appliances!!

I love this store, they have great prices and the staff is very friendly. I bought a dryer a few months back and it still works great. Now I bought a washer to go with it. They delivered it early and installed it for me. Very happy with their service.

We have purchased 3 different items from Appliance Discount, A frig for the garage, A Washer on our Wedding day after the old washer died and made my (now) husband late. The staff was so awesome to not make us wait when We told them the urgency. Our latest purchase was a dryer. It was delivered as promised on the appointed time. The best part is the new dryer is quiet a Librarian would be happy. We HIGHLY recommend Appliance Discount

Fantastic Experience & Amazing Deals! I had an excellent experience at this Appliance Discount store in Fort Myers! Viviana and the whole the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they really went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The store had a great selection of brand-new open-box appliances in perfect condition, all at unbeatable prices. I couldn’t believe the quality for the discount I got! Everything works perfectly, looks brand new, and the savings were huge. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great products, honest service, and incredible value. From the first phone call I made to Appliance Discount Center to the moment I walked out the door with my receipt, I felt like a valued customer. Catalina was extremely patient with me as I shopped various brands from new to used. I ultimately purchased a used refrigerator from their wide selection and even received a 3 month warranty. I did decide to add an extra warranty package to my purchase, for a small price, which gave me peace of mind. There was no hard selling here. They simply gave me the facts and warranty info on each unit , that I was thinking about , and left it up to me. I was even able to have it delivered before Christmas! The delivery men were on time and set up the new/used refrigerator and hauled away the old. It couldn’t have gone smoother. I also received a phone call from Appliance Discount Center to make sure that I was happy with my refrigerator purchase , a couple days later, and that all was well. What box store does that?

Was able to get a great deal on my laundry tower by Electrolux. Andrew offered great customer service. Held on to the machine until I was ready to have it delivered. Was delivered by 2 nice installers with no hassle and on time. Office staff was efficient and communicated with me every step of the way. Loved dealing with a small business rather than a big box store and got a better deal on top. They service what they sell.

Great place and great prices. You can go scratch and dent and save a ton of money or go no scratch or dent and still save big. I got 5 new appliances at once and saved a bundle over the Home Depot and Lowe’s quotes. The installation grew was on time, professional and had everything they needed for the installation.
